So I got a new scale which weighs like almost 3kg more😣. So I am putting this weigh in here as the new starting point accepted ' the gain'. There is a very funny story attached to this new scale. This scale reads your BMI Body fat %Muscle % etc. So I climb on the scale - it reads my weight perfectly fine( it is a heavy duty scale supposedly)....then does the diagnostic...and BAM! There it is ERR BF???? I am like what error is this. On reading the booklet apparently by body fat % is out of it's readible range wahahahahaha. I know in reality this isnt funny but it was very histerical at the time! My daughter is so supportive - she says ( after killing herself laughing) " Well mommy, at least when the scale starts registering your body fat% you know you have lost some great weight!"😜
The struggle is real!
144 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 44 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hate when that happens! A while ago, my scale switched from KGs to pounds and refused to switch back, bough a new scale, it told me I weigh more... I thought to myself “no thanks” and ever since then I have been converting my pounds to kgs to log my weight 😅🤣 you are so blessed to have such a motivating and supportive daughter! It’s super incredible that she can look at the situation and see make the best of it! ♥️ good luck on your journey ahead!
