walked 10200 steps today no breakfast,salad witk 2 boiled eggs for lunch.thought I would have lost another lb but didnt. upset about it..
96.8 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you eat less per day, your body holds on to the calories in those meals. Skipping meals doesn’t really help. But yeah, I would keep up the exercise!
