Oh wow so 2 weeks down the road from the start of my diabetic weightloss low to no carb diet journey. Not a slice of bread potatoe white rice pasta cakes chocolate has passed these lips. I know being strict now but later I will start reintroducing these in a healthier form. This week added some exercise to the mix( with my 15 year daughter😳) She. really pushes me! Weightloss 4.9kg and bloodsugar down to 7.9mmol this morning!! (15.4mmol when I started) Super chuffed with that. Let's see if I can keep that carb cravings at bay a little longer.😛😊
141.2 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 41.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
