This week seemed so hard and I struggled. I don't know why last week I could work thru it. I want to turn things around for week 3. I'm going to Vegas 23-27 where I will want to treat myself within reason. Then back to the old routine to finish week 4 strongly. That's my plan.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
