Did some stationnary biking, climbed stairs instead of using the elevator. I now try to balance more the food I eat and not just concentrate on the quatity (more quality : fibres, etc).

94.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
