Fasting blood sugar 142; weight 176.5 At last, the weight budged a little! Plan for the day: intermittent fasting. Grandson here today and he brought me a sausage biscuit. What would you do? I ate it of course! and enjoyed it, even if it did mess up my carb intake first thing this morning. I will just be careful the rest of the day!
Update: Walked our 1.2 mile this evening. We did get a decent rain today and more predicted later in the week, along with temps in the 80s!
