Can’t keep off the sweets and extra food. Right it’s really frustrating and makes me want to binge more. Im trying to find a diet that focuses on healthy eating and not starving myself, but nothing fills me up like junk food.
52.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
