Visited my Son & Daughter IL and celebrated my 5th grandchild's 1st birthday. Too much food and drink. Time to get back on the wagon.
106.2 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
