Well woke up at 5:30am today and was little sore from yesterday. It was HOT yesterday and I was working outside all day. Had a lot of breaks but still managed to get done what I wanted to. Usually don't weigh myself till Saturdays, but was so down myself that I supposedly gained 2 lbs when I was working out so hard that I decided to weigh in today also. Glad I did. It's back tot he pool today after a 2 day rest cause of my leg. Feeling good about my food and anxious for another week.
