I've been eating "clean" for 3 weeks now and have NOT lost ANY weight! I'm going crazy. I do feel better not eating any sugar or processed foods, no alcohol BUT I need to loose the pounds and size. I go down a pound or 1/2 than it goes back up! WHAT IS GOING ON???? I'm still strong and true to me, but this is ridiculous!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Eating clean is good. But some people still need to track calories even when eating clean. You can still eat too much healthy food and not lose. Are you tracking your food intake? Are you eating too many calories for your current weight, height, sex, age and activity level? Are you drinking water? Are you being active? Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. I got a food scale, measuring cups and spoons. You would be shocked at how much more you eat than you think you eat. People who don't track tend to eat 30% more than they think they do.

thank you for your comments Suzi161. I don't measure, I hate measuring! But you are probably right I need to cut down my portions. I don't feel I overeat and I am not stuffing myself. I do drink ALOT of water, but again this weekend I didn't drink as much as I normally do, mainly because I was on vacation (stayed on my plan) and didn't want to run to the bathroom every 10 minutes!
