Shhh, honey... I can explain!

Yesterday was leg day and I did a metric butt-ton of squats. I forgot how much I love commanding that amount of weight on a bar! Makes me feel superhuman! 😀

Tons of water and carbs, so holding out for a woosh soon!

My average weights for the week came out to 153, so I'm making perfect progress of 1/2 pound per week, so I'm happy!

Getting stronger by the day and it's very noticeable by watching my lifting progress so quickly, and it's so exciting!
