Not sure if this is correct, hopefully high. Saw some recent shirtless lake pix of myself this year vs. last year. Not too pleased. I was actually kinda, dare I say, CUT last summer. I still do watch what I eat, and walk 2-4 miles almost daily but I have not lifted weights and am not NEARLY as diligent as I was. I am not hammering myself though. I am pushing 50 and stay pretty damn active. I have been super busy getting this business going and it takes a lot of mental and physical time and energy. I'm gonna keep plugging away, and when things smooth out Ill hopefully get that killer vigilance back. I am definitely not sitting back and giving up. I don't sit still well enough to be a couch potato!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
