LET IT GO!The only thing holding you back is your perception of freedom. Abraham-Hicks ( You Tube Abraham Hicks - Let it Go) watch this video it is awesome! I guess this Abraham Hicks is controversial upon further investigation but I truly enjoyed the message of this particular video:)

My careful balancing act is wobbly as I fell head first into a batch of kraft carmels as I was making carmel apples for my family. I feel rather ill right now and oddly very, very chubby as if I had fallen back into the old pattern instantaneously with mindless eating of the stuff that is poison for me. What I need to do is go and do a very heavy duty cardio workout and see if I feel different. Wow, emotions are like waves and if you are not careful you may easily get swept back and forth from place to place. Lots of water right now and some cardio, I'll check back in later.

Much better, calmer, teeth brushed and flossed well the caramel slip up was a sticky situation but I pulled myself out from there and will continue on this path of self healing. TOWANDA!!!!!!!

That's the attitude! We all slip up, and no sweat, it's minor damage. You'll have a good day Monday to cancel it out. Now I'm wanting an apple and thank goodness I have no Kraft caramels to go with it!

Don't worry about it @Lisa -- we allow slip once in a while! You're consistent enough on the non-slip side that it shouldn't really affect you! Onward and upward!
