I did not expect that weight loss, as I ate about the same food as last week. I ate less takeout this week, so maybe that's it!

Of course, when I lose weight, my blood pressure increases! For some reason (no change to my BP regimen since last week), it went from the 110-120s to the 130s all this week. Then this morning, after a short night -- I did not sleep well and I had to get up often -- my systolic rose over 140! My BP went down to 135/90 a while after, but at that point I did not want to take another measurement. I hope it is not the PreCardix that raises BP! Last week it went down while taking this remedy. I know I have to give it at least 8 weeks. I may interrupt this earlier if I start feeling unwell. These days, I feel a bit stressed and nervous before taking my BP measurement so it doesn't help.

I need to move around more. Things are busy at work so the only thing I feel like doing after sitting around more than 8 hours working from home is... sitting around some more doing nothing! This can't be good! However, I do feel that it is easier to get up from my chair and walk around at home than when I was physically at work.

It is sunny outside today! I am planning to go outside a bit before it gets heavily humid, rainy and "thunderstormy" tomorrow.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
