Fasting morning blood sugar 158; weight 176.6 At bedtime last night, glucose was 110. Two hours of garden work before breakfast. Getting garden ready for fall garden with new compost, and weed eating. Ruined my weed eater so will have to get a new one today and finish that job later.
Brunch was veggie egg scramble and bacon. Mid-afternoon meal was Peanut butter mug cake with blueberries and cream.Delicious and felt like a dessert.
I messed up my IF today. Bought Braum's chicken strip dinners for my son's family for supper (they were moving into their new house today) and for my hubby, and I ordered six meals without thinking. So I ate just 3 pieces of chicken in mine and put the rest in the fridge for hubby to snack on. Messed up my macros too! 17/67/16; calories 1648; net carbs 53.94. But I must admit I enjoyed the chicken! And the 3rd meal!
80.1 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
