First time hitting in the 160s today! I know I'm going to fluctuate up and it will be easily a few days before I'm solidly in the 160s but this morning was the first time I've seen that 6 on the scale and it was so exciting!! My FatSecret journey started at 189lbs but at my heaviest I was 220lbs in March 2019. My body has changed SO much over the past year and a half and I love how these little mini milestones keep me motivated. I feel like I'm in the home stretch now and finally reaping some of the rewards! 🥰🥰
