Scramble - got a Veggie for Breakfast yesterday after Physical Therapy. Definitely not Mary's Mini friendly. Gotta tow the line today, as tomorrow is Dr.'s appointment, and probably another eating out experience.
120.9 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 46.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
