😀😊😃 Maintaining....2.6 below goal.

I didn't mention my weekly calorie avg. came in under 1700 last week. That included a celebratory meal out. So, not too shabby.

It's well on the way to our forcast of 90 degrees today. Very hot & close out 😎😳 It does make afternoon walks quite muggy & sticky.

I slept in quite late this morning. Not sure why I was so tired. I actually was trying to finish the mystery I'm reading last night & couldn't keep my eyes open for the last few pages. I need to start our Book Club choice & it doesn't look like an easy read. It was supposed to be a more cheerful choice since the last 2 had been storylines about the holocaust.

Surveying the gardens it looks like I need to mix up a batch of deer repellant. They nibbled on some impatiens and a hosta last night. Luckily there were still some bad tasting leaves cause they didn't munch them to the ground.

Since I slept late, breakfast wasn't eaten til after noon. So probably I'll only need a light snack before dinner. Boneless chicken breasts & corn on the cob tonight....maybe a salad. Tuesday is Wing Special night at our favorite wing place & I was tempted to order wings. I think if I have any wing sauce left I might do buffalo chicken on a salad and cut the corn kernels off & throw them in....hmmmm.....I might have a plan 🙄

We watched the last episodes of Peaky Blinders on Netflix last night....Wow! Now we're in search of a new series for Hubby & I to watch. The only thing we're watching now other than news & stuff on HGTV is Yellowstone on Sunday nights. I haven't watched much TV in the afternoon lately. I did turn on an episode (DVR'D) of Songland yesterday while I dusted the livingroom. My bad habit for awhile was to spend a couple of hours or more watching TV in the afternoon & eating too many snacks. (Of the wrong kind).
64.6 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
