Down! happy with that. I really worked to watch my portions and be more aware of calories (I never used to watch calories). I couldn’t exercise much this past week as I had a procedure last week. I’m still on rest for the next two weeks but I am allowed to walk, bike ride and light stretch. In two weeks I can get back to weight training. Happy I started using this app. Can’t wait to be in the 250’s. One step at a time.
114.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
