Ok. I finally figured it out. my protein was way too high. Kept it at 55g yesterday and I am still seeing movement. today is the first day of the hcg diet. probably don't even need to do it, now that I figured out the high protein levels were raising my insulin and killing my efforts.
113.8 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 52.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
