I know the loss is just slight (point 2!) BUT I just have to put it down. I might not put down the slight increases though, lol. I do think I will put down a weekly weight no matter what it is, just have to figure which day to do that. Maybe Friday is best since it is before the weekend and sometimes (especially when my kids & grands are here), the weekends are tough for me. But so far this weekend is going ok. My kids aren't here (miss them) and the cupboards are almost bare so that helps curb temptation. I do have healthy food made that I have been eating; garlic ginger chicken, egg salad, shrimp & vegies. Last night I did wake up and nosh on a bunch of seeds(pumpkin, sunflower)& some walnuts so I did expect a up or at least stay the same when I stepped on IT (scale). So I was pleased with my 'little' loss. But I will try NOT to make that a habit (again) of eating at night. It is really not good for me. I was a bit upset since my neighbors were partying (loud music, talking, drinking) and also down the road they were setting off LOUD fireworks (hey the 4th is over!) So that disturbed my sleep schedule and I could not get back to sleep even after they stopped! Seems quiet out there this morning, guess they are all sleeping in! I should go out and start the lawn mower but it is just to darn HOT. Well anyway, sorry about my rant & rave. All is well.
