This week has really kicked my ass....between my schedule changing at work and my TOM, it's been rough. My sleep cycle is all out of whack, and getting out of bed to go to the gym in the morning instead of after work has not been working out (made it once this week). I need to get mad, and I need to use that anger to get back on track. At least its Friday.
