These ups and downs are water. I can tell as I’m on a Hbp drug with a diuretic and some days I pee all day. Some days I don’t. I also drink approximately a gallon of water a day as I fast after 2:00 pm. And helps me not get hungry.

Hey, it doesn't seem like your up and downs are very big. Seems pretty stable considering. I hope you are feeling OK. I too tend to fast after early afternoon. Not fun feeling hungry, but it sometimes just seems easier to eat nothing than be tempted to snack my way up to too many calories.

I do kind of keto and intermittent fasting. I eat a smallish breakfast and a small lunch. Then only water after 2:00. Since the unexplained vomiting started my taste is way off. Bacon eggs. Lunch meats are out. Salads are gross and only want cereal. And fish or Mexican Or something salty. Extremely weird. Not so great for my weight loss but all I can eat without getting nauseous. Still a work in progress.

Is there still no clue what has and is causing the nauseated feelings? That is so so miserable. I am so sorry... Trying to keep on a diet plan is hard enough without feeling rotten.
