Down 47 pounds and hoping to obtain 50 lost in the next one to two weeks. Still walking two blocks, but my pace is improving. Will also set a goal to get up to three blocks in the next two weeks. I could only walk half a block six weeks ago...so three blocks is a lot for me.
118.1 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 27.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
