Not feeling well today. I was up all night with my daughter who got sick after not swallowing a piece of food right, but she's okay now, just tired. I think that's my main problem is I'm tired, so now I have a massive headache. No workout today, but it's my rest day so hopefully I'll be back to it tomorrow. My eating hasn't been very good today either and I suspect it won't be all day because I'm tired and feeling yucky; I'm going to try to keep it somewhat under control though.
The weekend was okay. I ate more calories than I wanted, but still not as many as I had been eating on the weekends. I had a tiny lose of .4 lbs, which isn't much, but since I ate over my calories most days last week and exercised less I'm luck I saw any loss so I'll take it.
