two weeks and no movement in the scale. Not sure why but am keeping on with the plan. I will not be denied my success.
148.8 kg Lost so far: 48.5 kg.    Still to go: 58.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is so disappointing when we don't see the scale move. Did you tkae your measurements when you started? that would help you see wt loss when the scale is stuck. Just keep on keeping on - you know your are doin' it!

Do not be denied....that is what always gets me...the scale stops then so do I...frustrating as it is gotta keep at it...(Remind me of this comment later)
