Today is the first day of a new week and I will get back on a good food plan. Had some stressful weeks and there may be more to come, but I need to get control over something and I am hoping it will be my food plan. Also I have lots of sewing to do for Christmas gifts and I usually do better when I am busy.
I am also hoping to check in more often here, writing things down is helpful and having all my buddies in my corner cheering me on is priceless. Thanks for your encouragement!
