in the best example of, "the scale is a liar". It's physically impossible to gain 5lbs overnight. This isn't a real gain. I'm down another inch in my thighs and a half inch in my waist. I know that this is the result of a workout change.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
