I have been dropping steadily since my 236+ weight-in. I feel a lot better and the heat doesn't bother me as much. Next Goal: 230 lbs.
105.5 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
