Well heck the scale is adjusting I guess. I loved being in the 130’s. I think I look more like 130 than 150. But here we go again.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 33.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

10lbs in one day? Are your sure?

Last week we put new batteries in the scale. And we weighed 10 pounds less. I didn’t think it was right but this morning I checked them and the little door fell off the batteries. We put it back on and the ten pounds I thought I’d really lost was back on. Never lost it! Boo nobody is sadder than me. Last few days have been fun! Today not so much.
