It feels like I have been at the same weight forever but it’s only been 3 days since the scale last moved down. I love looking in the mirror and seeing the obvious changes in my face. 20 lbs has really slimmed down my face, neck, and shoulders. I can feel the change in how my pants fit, it’s still not super obvious to see but progress is progress.
It has been so much fun challenging myself to re-create my favorite foods in a healthier way... some have even been tastier in their new form. This week’s fave has been a quiche that I made with cauliflower crust, almond milk, and egg whites.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
