Fasting blood sugar was 184, morning weight was 179. I did manage my eating yesterday. I was beginning to think I couldn't get my glucose below 200. I feel so much more encouraged today. This morning I worked in the garden for an hour before I ate breakfast. The humidity is so high I think I sweated off a couple of pounds! Then I needed to re-hydrate with lots of unsweetened iced tea. I will keto it today.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
