Day 6 for myself feeling pretty good. Got some errands done today . Dumb question when you're trying to add food to you diary and there's no listing for it what do you do ? I'm having homemade baked (not fried) chicken fingers but can only find food place listings. I appreciate your input. Hope everyone's having a great day and reached their goal's

Use the website https://www.fatsecret.com/ in a web browser and there are options to add new food items and even entire meals.

I just break down the ingredients. Weigh the chicken and add anything else you use, like olive oil or flour.

Sometimes, I’ll log as something heavier just as a placeholder if i know I’m likely to forget to log at all.

go to fs diary, at top of page scroll across to cookbook and enter ingredients and amounts, and it will break down nutritional values, and calories. Game changer for me.
