My ankles are very swollen today so IDK if the weight gain is water retention, I did eat a lot of grilled meats and drank this father's day weekend. But I and drinking some Jamaica water to help with the ankles, it's making me go pee like a racehorse so I guess its working.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What is Jamaica water?

it's like an iced tea you get the dry leaves in the Mexican food section it's called Jamaica you make it like an iced tea put a bunch of leaves in a picture of water and let it soak and you drink it add sugar to taste. but a friend taught me not to boil it just room tempt water and let set on the counter for at least an hour that way you don't need to add sugar because boiling makes it bitter It's also known as hibiscus tea.
