Well I'm back to where I was and it's been a slow slow weight loss BUT fortunately, my pain level has gone down with my food selections and I guess that's what I need to take away from this. It's felt like a constant battle against my own body (autoimmune disorders). I hope it gets easier. I don't know how long I can keep it up 😞
