Well I'm back to where I was and it's been a slow slow weight loss BUT fortunately, my pain level has gone down with my food selections and I guess that's what I need to take away from this. It's felt like a constant battle against my own body (autoimmune disorders). I hope it gets easier. I don't know how long I can keep it up 😞
107.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My daughter has become knowledgeable about shopping and cooking to get rid of her pain. Did not learn that from her parents. Dramatic improvement for her. Good luck with your efforts!!
