Trying something different. Intermittent fasting. Having a very small lunch (usually) and then whatever for dinner. So far it is working for me, but its early yet. Hopefully maintain consistency to make a good habit.
103.8 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
