Another day of tinkering outside and more water weight lost. Never thought I would see myself this low! Only have the top two abs poking out, but if I take things any lower I'll be skinny as a rail. Once I have my projects completed its back to the weights, need to start bulking more muscle again.
73.7 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
