I made ribs with a sweet bbq sauce which is a no-no on the diet that we're on...I tried not to eat too many. Today at lunch I had two and a little bit because they were so tasty! I will try to eat less at dinner to compensate. The scale is slowly moving downwards so I think the fact that I am aware of what I am eating and taking the time to journal it is what is working for me.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
