Well, I finally actually stepped on the scale again. Christmas has jumped up and bitten my ass. I did a weigh in yesterday that was false because I just wanted to shut up the incessant reminder emails and red weigh in now thing at the top of this...so, what to do about the rapidly expanding creature that is me...well...time to go back to calorie counting.
