Down another 5 pounds this week. it's getting easier to resist temptation. can't really see it in the mirror, but can feel a difference in my clothes. no more holding onto something to stand up. legs are supporting my body without any assistance. I feel great.
140.6 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 63.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
