It's been a hard road for me on the DASH diet. The weight seems to come off slow not like KETO. Thank goodness for the app on my telephone giving me all the macros on what I eat. I just am struggling with the sodium amts. I never realized that I actually ate so much sodium and trying to get it down is very hard. Not just the usual by not salting food that one is easy. But rencing canned food as much as possible,staying away from pickeled foods and closely reading labels.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
