Yesterday I was feeling pretty good. I had a robust appetite. My back felt 95% okay ... I thought the weight loss was from the constant back and hip pain. 😃 hahaha Eating like a bird is normal for me. When I got home from the hospital I was told to eat 6 times s day. So try to eat more today!
