I'm up a few pounds again but I'm still sticking to my diet and keeping below my recommended amount of calories but I could still be making healthier food choices with the calories I am using. All in all I'm not discouraged, but seeing the higher number on the scale did motivate me to spend an hour cycling outdoors this afternoon rather than staying inside.
107.3 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
