Autoimmune sucks lol 😂 I can laugh and feel better. Journaling for myself and my drs. 8 autoimmune disorders chronic inflammation is my normal. I’m good! I’m eating right 98% of the time. My labs are fantastic except the thyroid and I’m always anemic, but stable at times. I will keep getting healthier and take care of what I can control!

I'm not sure if you are aware but low iron can make thyroid issues worse. I have chronically low iron but over time found that I had to supplement every day with iron, folic acid and B12 to keep my hematocrit levels normal. I also take kelp every day as a thyroid boost. Hope this helps.

Thank You for your support. I’m very aware and do all I can. I do not have iron deficient anemia. It’s Lupus. There is nothing I can do. My iron and vitamin levels are fine in fact the b12 and D are too high. I try to eat right and do all I can. It’s mostly a journal I can show my de abd I can keep track of. I fin have Adrenal Insufficiency. That makes the thyroid go off and on. I have Hashimotos primary and Addison secondary so it will always be off a bit. It’s like darn if u do and darn if I don’t. Thanks again. You all have a great day. 💜🌈🤗

Thank you all for your support! It’s not just an issue of my diet. It’s my overall health. I use this mostly to journal for myself and my drs. I’m 62, hopefully I get another bday in November. I plan to! I have 8 autoimmune disorders the primary ones are SLE Lupus and Adrenal Insufficiency. Both can be fatal and I nearly died 4 yrs ago from the latter combined with the others. I have severe spinal trauma and am considered incomplete paraplegic. I went from being told I’d always be in an electric wheelchair to my van breaking down. That forced me to my manual wheelchair and a walker. It made me stronger. Last October, I went off of 4 RX’s , completely changed my diet, and started this journey. Now I’m walking daily without aid indoors and out on flat ground. I use my walker when out and my chair for distance. I dont have low iron.Lupus causes various forms of anemia. It’s up and down with my thyroid. It just won’t stabilize as I also have Hashimotis primary and Addisons secondary. . I use this to journal as well as being awareness to autoimmune disorders. It’s one of the largest and fastest growing illnesses today. Be aware. Stress causes it along with environmental factors. My motto-Never give up-Never stop smiling! 💜🤗🌈

Are you typing on a small phone? Some of the stuff you have written doesn’t quite come together or maybe it’s auto correct. I might just suggest you proof before you post. You have an interesting log, just a little hard to follow with the many errors. If you are sending your log to your doctors they may have trouble as well. Auto immune disease is really tough. Do you take Hydroxychloroquine As part of your medication regimen.

Yes, I use my iPhone, but I do proofread. My last post has zero errors so not sure what you are referring too. I try to make it legible. My drs are aware. I just have friends here with autoimmune and usually do the poets in answer. The other I do use for my drs, but I tell them so I can read it. Yes, I have to take hydroxychloroquinine twice daily for lupus. I have to see a Neurologist, a Rheumatologist, an Endocrinologist, an Ophthalmologist, a Urologist and a GP. They test my blood every 4 months as the drug causes major organ damage. Life. I’m doing quite well for the shape I’m in. The drs are amazed. Take care. 🤗💜
