The last two days I was bad. Rather disappointed with myself since weighin this morning. I was doing so well the beginning of the week. On Christmas Eve travelling to my mother's and then back 27th for a Birthday Party. It will be hard. I must take clothes so I can at least bundle up for walks.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
