Today is my 50th Birthday! I had set a personal goal to weigh 220 something by my 50th Birthday. When I weighed this morning, I didn't want to look at the scale for fear of disappointment on my birthday. I asked my wife to read the scales and give me the results. She smiled and said I was at 228.4. I am not through by any means. Having positive results does help to keep me motivated.
