This is so discouraging. I'm currently trying a carb cycle meal plan, but I just seem to be gaining weight every day. The only thing that seems to have worked is a 800 calorie/day, low fat plan. But that left me dizzy and in a constant brain fog. I don't really know what to do to get to my goal weight in a healthy way.
