Well, my weekend sins have likely contributed to my plateau here. I need to get my step aerobic thing out and commit to 20 minutes of exercise as my challenge mandates. I can get the other 25 minutes this afternoon on my dog walk.
78.3 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
