Lovely Mexican ordered in food last night. The ginger were also so good that I over indulged in them. Walk/run in the rain with the dogs.

67.7 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg. Still to go: 8.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

Good effort. I dislike running in rain... wet feet cannot stand it
