BG 127... forgot and drank coffee first so a little high. Day’s readings coming in on target. Really need to figure out how to get more fiber without the carbs... 🧐 one can only eat so many salads.

Avocados are very high in Fiber, so their NET carbs are very low.

Thanks Debbie... been eating half of one each day but still falling short. I do love an avocado though... Maybe I’ll eat more!!!

Was thinking about my fiber too the other day... Fiber is found in a variety of foods, such as cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, papaya, raisins, lima beans, okra, sweet potatoes, winter squash, zucchini, granola, oat bran, and oatmeal. 😇✌️
